OTHER INFO:  Hotel offers big, NICE rooms, many suites (with special prices for con goers), FREE PARKING (they will validate the airport parking ticket, even for those who don't stay at the hotel-and the hotel has it's own garage), 5 restaurants in the hotel (3 fancy, one lunch/breakfast cafe, one bar, and a 24 hr. burger joint (like Scoops) in the adjoining tower.  A short walk down a covered walkway will take you into the 3E terminal of the airport and food such as Chili's, Dickey's BBQ, Freshens Yogrt, ICBIY, Friday's, Manchu Wok, Coffee Haus, Haagen Daas, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, and a number of other things. HOTEL ROOMS: remote control TV's, coffee makers, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards.  Some computer cabled rooms with in-room fax machines are available, as well as handicapped rooms.                  REGENCY CLUB rooms are a concierge class room which includes private floor access, access to the private lounge featuring breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the evenings, bathrobe, bottled water, candy dish, phone and scale in bathroom, marble floor in bathroom, free phone calls, USA Today free delivery each morning, valet stand and shoe horn, coffee & tea service, and special turndown service. These rooms are available for $25 per night extra.                  BUSINESS PLAN rooms offer: 24 hr. access to business equipment including copiers and printers, fax machines in the rooms, complimentary continental breakfast, large desk with computer hookup, free phone access, and newspaper delivery in the morning.  Price for these rooms is an additional $15 per night.         SUITES - The hotel has several different ones, which they will give to con goers at 50% off their normal rate.  That makes them anywhere from $350-700 per night, depending on size, number of bedrooms attached, and other amenities.  Call the hotel for more details (we'll get them posted on the web site as we get them available. BANQUET WITH THE STARS: The 4th Annual A-Kon Anime Awards & Banquet With The Stars.   Sit with the celeb of your choice and feast at our Sunday brunch.  Tickets for this are an additional $25 (the food here is extremely good and high-end, and thus costs slightly more than normal) and seats are limited to 50. All manner of  interesting  conversation, networking and new friends are here to be had with all our guests at the Banquet!  We'll have a table with 1-2 guests and 8-9 other people, so these seats will go fast!  Expect a yummy good meal, a chance to spend some cool time with the celebrities, and special presentation and announcements and the anime awards for A-Kon, voted on by attending members of the con, which will be presented at the banquet, and possibly some other surprises.   We will have keynote speakers,  the winning videos in the Fan Video Contest, a roving magician for grins, and more!   Make sure you tell us what guest you want to sit with. GROUP DISCOUNTS: Many have asked about this, so we'll just put it here for everyone's knowledge.  If you have a group of 10 or more people coming to the con, you can get in on the group discount we offer.  $5 off of each ticket for groups of 10 or more.  It all doesn't have to be on one check, but the order DOES have to come in all in one envelope at the same time.  Cutoff for this is 30 days before the con, in order to give us processing time.  Tickets will be mailed to each individual, so we need each person (or family) to fill out a membership form so we have their names and addresses.  T-shirts and banquet tickets may also be purchased - mark the form accordingly, and include the appropriate money.
